TEAMS CONFIRMED
Being in the tropics, being a rugby tournament & being one of the entertainment capitals of Thailand it is easy to get dehydrated & run down :-(.
1: The Phuket International Hospital will be providing basic medical coverage at the ground. We suggest that you make sure that you have insurance coverage just in case of serious injury.
2: The pitch is a bit patchy in places so suggest that you guys bring some tubi grip for knees & elbows.
3: All teams will be provided with 2 boxes of electrolyte powders to mix with water & we suggest that you make sure the players use them. There will be plenty of water provided at the ground.
4: Kuckreja SDN BHD of Malaysia are kindly providing Gilbert match balls for us & each team will get a souvenir ball with event logo on it.
5: A DVD will be produced over the weekend & each team will receive one free copy once its finished. DVD's of previous years competitions will be on sale this year at 700 Baht. Anyone interested let me know so we can put them aside for you.
6: Warning. The stadium is by the sea in Karon & there are sever under currents at this time of year so please warn your players to be careful when swimming.
7: F & B will once again be provided at the ground by Shires Pies
8: We are again raising money for the Children's Scholarship fund so please help out & sponsor a child. We will be bringing 60 of the scholarship kids down for the weekend & they will be at the ground at some stages during Saturday & Sunday so feel free to mingle with them, take photos etc.
9: The referees are donating their time free of charge & will do the best possible job. Just remember that they are having it just as hard as you guys & are doing a good job. Its a thankless job but without them we could do what we do so lets have some respect !!
Venues for the social functions are::
Thursday Night 29th May
Yorkshire Inn will host the refs and player from the Coffin Dodgers. A free buffet will be on from 20.30.

Aussie Bar on Soi Bangla will again host the tournament meet & greet with a buffet from 20.30 onwards.
Saturday Night 31st May
Tour Virgin Beauty Pageant will be held at the Yorkshire Inn. Free buffet from 20.30.
